The meeting dates for Cromwell Fountain Open Space has not been determined yet by the board of directors.
We do have occasional last-minute cancellations due to weather, lack of quorum, Board member schedule conflicts, etc., so we recommend you call us @ 4:00 p.m. to confirm.
After signing-in, make sure your cell phones if off, or on mute and have a seat. Everyone is welcome as an observer to the proceedings.
The presiding Board member will let you know when it is time for ‘Owner/Resident Concerns.’ That is the
time for you to address the Board, ask questions, or share concerns.
Meetings often last about 1 to 1 ½ hours depending on the business at hand. You are not required to stay for the entire duration.
